Javad Navran
Javad “Joe” Navran is a Senior Attorney with Employer Advocates Group, where he represents employers in employment litigation and advice and counsel matters. He is currently the lead attorney in EAG’s office in Orange County, California.
Mr. Navran grew up in Southern California. Although his family’s small restaurant business, caused him to move from the Inland Empire to the Central Coast and back, these travels were part of both his personal and his family’s business growth. The restaurant management company grew exponentially over the years into one of the largest Denny’s Restaurant franchisees in California. Working in his family’s business during his formative years has made him a fierce advocate for small businesses and entrepreneurs.
Mr. Navran earned his Bachelors degree an California State University, Fullerton, where he studied Political Science. He earned his Juris Doctorate in Orange County at Chapman University School of Law, where he participated in the school’s well-regarded moot court competition team.
Prior to joining EAG in 2020, Mr. Navran was associated with the law firm of Walton & Walton in Marina Del Rey, where he practiced business litigation. He participated in one of the first video court trials in California during the 2020 COVID lockdown.
Mr. Navran has extensive experience representing employers in the restaurant, hospitality, and fashion industries. In his spare time, Joe enjoys golfing and supporting his three young sons, all of whom are active in team baseball.
Mr. Navran is fluent in English and Farsi.
